PCOS also known as the polycystic ovarian syndrome is a health condition that occurs when the hormones in the female body lose their balance and this imbalance leads to the formation of cysts in ovaries. I remember when my sister was diagnosed with PCOS how terrible of an experience it was. She suddenly got severe abdominal pain at night. There began our struggle with this disease.

3- Fermented foods might aid you

A part of weight loss with PCOS comes from fermented foods intake. These fermented foods can aid weight loss with PCOS by supporting good gut health. When your gut stays healthy this is eventually good for your metabolism that determines your overall weight loss progress. This is because of the fact that women with PCOS generally don’t have enough gut microflora so being a PCOS sufferer you can start consuming more and more fermented foods such as yogurt, sauerkraut, etc.

Stress is bad for us due to many reasons. A part of stress side effects come from the fact that stress hormones when released in your body can contribute to more insulin resistance ultimately leading to weight gain.
